How do I force all users (Exchange 2003) who send email to save in their sent folder for a minimum of XX days, but still subject to our Sent Items retention recipient policy?
We have a couple of users who are DE-selecting ‘Save sent message to: xxxx’ from the Message Options. We want to remove this option to DE-select, as well as establish a **minimum** retention policy.
