Does anyone know the registry key to set that forces small icons on the Classic Start Menu for Windows XP?

You can force small icons by setting the properties of the start menu.
Right click in the start menu select properties, select customise and right at the bottom of the list uncheck the "use large icons" box

I need to force a group of users to use the Classic Menu with small icons. Is there a registry key that controls this?
