I have XP pro laptop users who are in and out of their docks all day. They have both connections enabled and they start each day in the dock. They default to the wired connection when they start up (docked) and are able to seamlessly transition to the wireless connection when they undock….however…when they re-dock the laptops do not drop the wireless connection in favor of the the wired connection. Bummer.
