While in outlook 2000 you can press the New button and a blank email template appears which you type your email into.
I have several different standard emails which I send out to one user at a time quite often during the day.
I can open a document in Word and send a “canned” email from there but would rather do it from Outlook.
Is there any way to press a button in Outlook and have a prewritten email come up instead of a blank email template.
