Format on 2nd printed copy in Excel XP

Windows 2000, Office XP Pro, SP2, Excel printing problem. Can print one doc with no problem. Choose multiple copies, and 2nd copy on has a format change. Font remains the same, but size and spacing increases. Have all MS updates applied. Happens from multiple machines with multiple printers, HPLJ4, HPLJ4000, HPLJ4100. Any suggestions?
