forward multiple messages

By highlander718 ·
I'm 99.99% this is imposssible :-)
Is there a way in Outlook to forward a whole personal folder as is ? (Not everything that exists under "Personal folders" just one of them).
The situation is one of my users leave and wants to leave different personal folders to different other users to have access to.

I can't think of anything else than mass forwarding all the messages within on folder(select all and forward).
Any other ways to do this ?

This workaround might do the trick for you:

select all and drag the messages to a network share. Drag the messages back into the respective users' folders. Or, just leave them on the share...

Perhaps they could archive that folder to another pst file and just send that pst file to the other user.

Not sure how to do it, first answer is pretty much what I need and it's a quick fix for me. Thanks,

Another workaround:
1) Ask the user to export each folder to a different ".pst" file.
2) Close Outlook; open it again & send each of the above ".pst" files to it's final user.
3) Ask the new user to open the ".pst" file - and there he has all themessages.

Not sure how to do it (#1), first answer is pretty much what I need and it's a quick fix for me, especially that after that second user has to sort the messages again, or do the whole procedure numerous times. (Talking about more than one pers folder), Thanks,
