Forwarding E-Mail to external Home add.

How do you setup exchange to forward e-mail to our faculty home addresses. We use Exhange and Outlook 2000. Someone mentioned using the permissions wizard, but it’s not making much sense to me at this point. Before we were hosted by another ISP and I would go to the site and just add the user’s home e-mail address. But now all the information is setup in Exchange and Outlook.. Our OS Windows 2000 Professional
