Forwarding e-mails

I currently use AOL as my ISP and wish to switch to a lower cost ISP such as Juno or Netzero or any other ISP you may suggest. My wish is for any e-mails sent to my discontinued AOL address, my Webtv address, or my Yahoo address, to be forwarded automatically to my new ISP e-mail address. This is most important for my resumes I have sent out that have my AOL address on it and I do not wish to miss any opportunities because I canceled my AOL account. Can anyone help with a proper solution??
