Use the 'Tools' Menu ---> 'Rules Wizard' feature of Outlook 2000.

From the back end: in exchange administrator for 5.5, each mailbox has a Delivery Options tab. At the bottom of this tab is an option for Alternate Recipients -- you can choose anyone from your GAL to get the messages. If you want to send to an outside address, you can create them as an external recipient, then add them on this tab, then hide the external recipient, so that no one else in your organization can send to you.

Two ways to do it:

1. From the Outlook Client, you can use the Rules Wizard (Tools/Rules Wizard) to set up forwarding rules. If you save them as server rules, your Exchange server will be able to do the forwarding automatically, but if you save them as local (client-side) rules, you will have to leave Outlook open for the rules to work.

2. From the Exchange Admin program, or the Active Directory/Exchange management console (depending on version of Exchange), you can have email automatically forwarded to an alternate recipient - but this forwards ALL incoming email rather than using the Rules which allow you to specify only forwarding of email coming from certain senders or containing certain key words, etc.

Hope this helps!
