Forwarding from Exchange to Internet

Dear All,
We are running Exchange 2k on Windows 2k Advanced server, and using the Active Directory as the exchange users mailboxs. Do you know how to Forward any incoming mail to a certain mailbox to another external “Internet” mail. I want the configuration to be at the server level not on the client.
