I?ve got a problem with forwarding mail from exchange 2003. I have created contacts & set forwarding on the mailboxes, but the mails are not forwarded on, if an external user sends mail to the exchange mailbox. If you send the mail from inside the organization the mail is forwarded on and the user receives the message. Can someone please assist.
