forwarding

i have a question...we are using office 2000 and office xp...and when a certain user receives a forwarded email from a certain pc with several users on this pc(win 2k pro) it gives an appended list of everyone who has sent it and all...example below:

Tell people to edit the message before they forward it on...

From the server end, there's nothing you can do.

A "forward" of e-mail is an implicit "forward of the complete e-mail" -- in other words... this needs to go to another e-mail address and so it gets forwarded.

You do not specify the E-Mail system that you are using, but I think that the problem is with the setup of the one user. Compare the options that are checked on the offending system to one that is working correctly. Hope this helps.

u forwarding a mail click forward button and open a window in this step to step:
step-1: u see a TO u writte a e-mail address to forward mail.
step-2:u see CC space u write another person e-mail.
step-3:u see SUBJECT space u write subject to e-mail message.
step-4:u see a SEND button u click this button message has been send successfully.
