….I’m testing a new self service suitefor Active Directory,(Call2unlock). It is based on IVR and a web config tool.

So far I’m impressed, the configuration is simple and the users just need to dial by phone to an internal extension to unlock or reset their accounts. It can be integrated to any PBX.
The good part is that they have a free version up to 500 users
