Free unzip utility

Most of our corporate users do not use compression to zip up files, but many have an occasional need to unzip attachments sent in email etc.

Does anyone know of a good/Winzip, PK compatible/free unzip utility that works well with NT/Win2K/XP pro?

An added bonus would be in msi form to allow AD deployment.
