Fresh install Win2k Srvr using upgrade

by jmoylan . Updated 24 years, 11 months ago

I currently run a small (5 node) NT4.0 network on a very old machine and have purchased a new computer and Win2k Server upgrade. The old machine can’t be upgraded to Win2k so I would like to install (fresh) Win2k Server on the new machine, set it up without upgrading any information from the old computer and once up and running just replace the old machine (taking it out of commission perminently). I followed Microsofts instruction in creating setup boot disks form my Win2k CD but they don’t work nor does booting from the Win2k CD. Any suggestions on how to fresh install my Win2k Server upgrade on my new server?
