almost one year ago, I hired a company to develop an app.
The collaboration is not great as they spent almost one year (against the promised 3 months) and I haven’t seen any actual result yet.
I was wondering if there is any chance to open the app code and make it open-source. Also, I would prefer that ethically speaking.
