Frontpage 2003 asp db errors

I am designing a site in Frontpage 2003.
The page I am working on displays fine in the browser. Then I add a form and it still displays fine. However when I go in and select to send the data to a database and actually create the DB, the page no longer displays properly….Any ideas ?
