FTP and Outlook questions

Hi,

Two quick things that have bugged me for a while:

1. If I have a message in an outlook folder, and click to respond, it sometimes sends the response directory to that folder, instead of actually sending it to the recipient. I can’t find any rule that would make this happen.

2. I received an FTP url from someone for downloading files. When I click on the address, it opens in an IE screen. But I want to open in it in an ‘explorer’ screen, so I can draga and drop files. Is there a setting I’m missing on this?
