HI guys
For a while, I faced a full screen black screen issue where switching to windowed fullscreen mode on a dual monitor setup caused one of my monitors to turn off. After trying various troubleshooting methods, including checking refresh rates and other settings, nothing worked. Eventually, I realized that changing the refresh rate in the game was automatically setting Windows’ refresh rate to the highest value, regardless of my selection.

To resolve this, I opened both the in-game settings and Windows display properties. I adjusted the refresh rate in the game first, then matched it manually in Windows.Is it the correct procedure or not let me know, and gave some suggestions to me to solve this .

If it solved the problem than it seems to be the correct procedure in my opinion. What application/program were you using when the monitor problem occurred? I ask because it might be helpful if anyone else encounters the same issue.
