I am having issues with my gateway desktop. For some reason my desktop will not boot. It gets stuck on the black gateway screen. The mouse and keyboard are non fuctional when i power it on. So i can not boot in safe mode or anything. I was told to take the cmos battery out and try and reset it but that didn’t help.
There are some music files that I really need to recover and transfer to a different computer if possible.
