I am having problems with a Gateway One Series GZ7108 product. It keeps rebooting to and error message that says windows cannot install file. I tryed to install the system restore CD that I bought from gateway to restore the computer back to the way it should be since it doesnt seem to work at all. If there is any iformation out there I would greatly appreciate it. I also tried to boot with safe mode and it stays idle as if the arrow keys wont work.
