Getting emails when there is an issue with printer in windows server2012

Hello,
I have installed two network printers on windows server 2012. I would like to get an atomatic email in case of there is any issue with the status of any of the both printers (like if it gets offline, paper jam, stuck job ….etc).
What would be the best sollution of that ?
