I need to integrate GitLab and ServiceNow, but I only found paid alternatives. I would like to know if there is a way to integrate through the execution of scripts invoking the ServiceNow RESTs. If so, where do I get the API swagger or documentation? If that is not the best alternative, I would appreciate any other approach. I’m completely stuck !

Surely, the companies you mention have the documentation. The first one, moreover, is open source, so – although it might cost a lot of time to find out how it works – it’s free.

But “need to integrate” is rather vague. I’d ask for better requirements and a budget first.

      A few big issues.

      1. “What is it?”
ServiceNow offers at least four systems such as:
      IT Workflows
      Employee Workflows
      Customer Workflows
      Creator Workflows

As Kees noted, what you want to do is vague.

      2. Kees also noted where to get the docs. Remember that if you want all this done for you, it’s rarely free. For free stuff you find you having to create your own system. I only found demo versions that were free so ServiceNow may not have a free model for your company.

      3. Since no one here works for ServiceNow, your questions need to go to ServiceNow. If they don’t answer then it’s not the system you are looking for. Who needs companies that don’t answer pre-sales questions?
