Generally, I have found TechRepublic to be a good source of information related to the network and computer industries. However, I must object to articles like this one. In my view, this Gartner report failed to answer the questions that its authors posed. I found no specific, useful information – only glittering generalities. It is my hope that TechRepublic will return to its practice of providing practical, useful information.
