Global Address List Export

I am trying to export my Global Address List (GAL)on Exchange 5.5 using Outlook 2K to PAB format following Microsoft instruction found on their site. So that I can send it to a remote user, who checks mail as POP3 client, to import the list to their local contact list. Everytime I do it, I end up getting all the address in my contact in Outlook. Could anyone help me please? I have a super demanding user here! Thanks.
