Global Email Signature

My CTO asked me to create a disclaimer for ALL outgoing email. We are using MS Exchange Server 2000. Is there a way to tell Exchange Server to add certain text to every outgoing email? Or do I need to have every employee add their own signature that includes the desired text?

You could try creating an email template, adding the disclaimer and just deploying it across your network. This way you can control exactly how it looks. All new mail created uses the template, I think you can even change which default template is used by just replacing it (after renaming the old one of course).
