I’m using NT4/SP6a IIS4 with Option Pack. When I use the Web Administration NTAdmin interface selecting Accounts\Users\Groups there are no Global Groups available… only Local groups. Is this normal? How can I remotely add/delete users to global groups from home? Is this possible with this GUI interface. Is there another option? Maybe some command line option? Can I do that if my home system is Win98?
