Global Shop Locking up

We run a database program called Global Shop on our server and the system keeps locking up. I have contact their tech support and get no real answers. The image name that seems to be causing the problem is ntbdsmgr.exe. I have to restart the server about once a week sometimes more. The problem started when we loaded Pervasive and Crystal reports on for Global Shop. We have about 20 clients logged on to Global Shop, some use remote desktop(Remote site) some just directly log in to it. Any help would be great.

Just wondering if you had come up with a resolution to this yet?
I am running the Global Shop software as well and it is giving me trouble also. I recently ran the 29_01 update and that is when I started getting the same basic problem you are having. ntdbsmgr.exe crashes and causes the clients to have trouble accessing Global Shop.
