They don't want you to forward it.

by Oz_Media In reply to good customer service.

Some people send in their own viral emails on a regular basis. Most abuse reports are the same.

I've recived the same response from others too, I think people have realized that THESE cases must be handled quickly. Plus those geeks really get off on playing cop and killing people's accounts so they can feel high and mighty when the user comes crawling back asking why his acount was closed, because some spammer used his email addy to send you mail.

Did you really want to include all this in your post.

by sleepin'dawg In reply to good customer service.

I think you need to edit this out.

but Dawg,

by Jaqui In reply to Did you really want to in ...

the http://yoursite.com was in original spam.

and my ip number changes a minimum of 4 times a day ( from isp without rebooting ) so I'm not worried about it.

remote host unkown is a proof my system isn't very vulnerable, and was part of the hidden data from the form for reporting the spam.

the yahoo account is only for un-important usage, so if people want to send spam, I'll just add it to yahoo's spam list. ~grin~

sometimes having free email accounts is usefull, it helps fine tune anti-spam software, improving the systems heuristics for all.
