Good re_use of a old SBS2000 Box

By Jas__Bart ·
I would like to reuse my old SBS 2000 box as an Application Terminal Server on my new SBS 2003 network. Can/How do I reinstall SBS 2000 with out all the other stuff....exchange, sql but with Terminal Services in application sharing mode. I know that I can set up a terminal sever as a member server on a SBS 2003 network...I'm not sure if its possible to utilize my old sbs 2000 software to create this terminal server. Any help as to how to save this hardware and software from the junk heap would be much appreciated.

I tried once doing another DC with just installing W2K server from the SBS disk 1. When I tried to join it to the SBS network, wouldn't let me. BUT I have been sucessful with having member servers on a SBS network. I used a trial copy of W2K server and configured it as a terminal server application server. Joined the SBS 2000 domain no problem.
