A client started receiving this error “GP Fault in KRNL386.EXE” all of a sudden. Nothing has changed in his system. It happens as soon as he tries to open Word2000 or Excel2000. He is running Windows95. He is also running Norton Antivirus 2000, which also started having problems loading the Poproxy.exe file and now is manually loading before starting his Outlook program. Any idea why the problems all of a sudden and what can I look at to resolve?
