GPO or Registry option to hide/disable Home Button in IE10

Hi,

I have a GPO set to disable changing homepage however it seems if a user right clicks on the home icon in IE10 there is an option “Add or change homepage” which bypasses GPO.

Does anyone else know about this? Can this be fixed?
