Graphical Scripting Tool: SNMP/non-SNMP Interfaces

I am looking for a tool that creates scripting logic as you drag-n-drop objects into a palette. Ex: Drag router chasis, ports, power supply & interfaces into palette….this will create the logic on the backend to begin managing this device without having to manually write agents/probes/drivers to gather health & status on devices. Thanks!
