Graphs in Excel

Hi 🙂
Please help me! I would like to add a target point to a graph, but can’t figure out how to do it. I am using a bar graph that has a targeted budget at 10.5. I would like to place a red line across the chart at that point to show how underor over budget I am. How do I add the line?
