Grey Ad Boxes

I have just installed Nortons Internet Security and i am still getting Grey ad boxes appearing.
What do i need to do in this software to stop this.

Is there any other programs that will do the same as Nortons Internet Security.

Do i need another software to get rid of the grey boxes if so what.

What is the best software to use to clean up my hard drive i.e redundant dlls, bits let over from a program i have uninstalled.
