Ground Hogs Day: Deja Vu All over again

I keep on getting the same install for MS SQL 2005 Express Service Back 2.

It loads over and over again. I install it to no avail. It some some type of perpetual loop loop.

I turn automatic update off. A few days later, I reengage it. The SQL 2005 Express SErvice Pack Update has reappeared just like winter has reappeared this easter.

Any assistance appreciated it.
