    group calendar

    I am new to Exchange 2003, how do I go about creating a shared calendar for a group of people.

      1. Create a new mailbox and open it in a new Outlook profile
      2. Set delegate access via Tools, Options, Delegates with permissions to r/w calendar.

      Here’s how I would do it….
      The whole create a new account thing is not the way to do it.

      Create the calendar in the public folders, set the permissions on it.
      Create a shortcut to it, e-mail it to everyone, and you’re done.
