Some areas of 64 bit OS, registry, etc have changed from the identical 32 bit version. For example, the Program Files directory has changed slightly, into two locations, on 64 bit machines; “Program Files”, is the installation location for 64bit applications while “Program Files (x86)”, is the installation locatioin for 32 bit applications.
What I need to know is, will I need to amend any of the GPOs in my 32 bit environment due to the introduction of some 64 bit machines ?
If so which GPO settings do I need to re-examine … ?
