Group Policy problem, password

I am new to Group Policy and was actually making my own and messing around with them on a test network. Now I can’t make or change the passwords for users b/c it says the password doesnt meet the right requirements. I have checked both AD User and Computers and AD Sites and Domains Group Policy and all seems to be chnaged to nothing about the pawword. It says that policy isnt set. Is there somewhere or something I am missing?
