group policy to disable messenger 4 & 6

hello,

i would like to use group policy (win2k) to disable messenger in my LAN/WAN. i am currently doing this by using microsoft KB acticle 302089.

this kb acticle needs to be performed on every pc locally. and this doesnt stop messenger 6. therefore, i am looking for a better solution.

i am looking to be able to disable messenger on my domain controller ( win2k) with group policy. and select users that can use messenger, and select users that cannot use messenger.

does anyone know how to achieve this??
