Group Scheduling/Viewing in Outlook

We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 on Windows 2000 machines (a few XP's here and there, as well). My boss would like to see all of her reports' schedules in one view, similar to the one you see when you go to schedule a group appointment. I know you can "create" a new appointment, select the users you want and then click the "Scheduling" tab to see everyone's timeline with blocks to represent their scheduled appointments. But that seems like a terribly inefficient way to do this.

Is there some way in Outlook to view a group of users' schedules in that kind of a "bar chart" format? How about Exchange itself? SharePoint Services? Or is there a third-party application that exists out there that will provide this kind of functionality?
