Groupwise 6 and Outlook 2000

I have a PDA that runs Pocket PC 2002. I also run GroupWise 6 as my mail client. I have also installed Outlook 2000 which works perfectly with GroupWise. I can access my GroupWise mailbox from Outlook. Everything synchronizes but my inbox. The calendar and contact folders synch up perfectly. Any suggestions or answers?
