Groupwise file associations

Having difficulties with one user who is able to open jpg’s when they are located on there pc but when she goes to open them from groupwise it will on every occasion ask which program to open with.. have tried to delete and reassign the file associations but no luck, and seems to be only happening on this one pc (every other pc she uses works fine, so seems like local issue).. Anyone had this happen?

Isn’t she using a different program on this computer or a different version of the program?

We have a standard package for all users… Groupwise and Windows XP, not possible to have different version

GroupWise can only see pictures in HTML View and I believe it only has that ability since 5.5. You probably have that version or newer or no one else could seen them
