Haptic feedback on trackpad weak on 2020 m1 macbook pro 13

Hello! I was just wondering about if it is normal for macbook pros to have weaker haptic feedback compared to macbook air:s.

Yesterday i met my sister who owns a air 2018 i think, and to my suprise her haptic feedback was much more firm and not weak, it felt like a solid click. And yee, i have my trackpad setting set to firm, but still it feels pretty weak. Does anybody have a solution maybe? Should i give apple a call? Its annoying me and its hard to tell if it is a problem or if its how i t should be! https://9apps.ooo/

There may be a system setting that controls that feature/function of the computer. Try checking their frequently asked questions section. Good luck.

Frankly if you feel it’s a design flaw, get your money back NOW. Don’t delay as Apple is not known to fix these issues.
