Hard Drive Fail

Hi,
Please help… One of my user has the HD failed and the OS toasted, can’t bootup. I have put her HD to different PC and see to copy files to different HD. Unfortunately, i can open the HD by the window explore. I tried to run the repair from the NT setup disk, but it came back with a message and says that it can’t repair. Her system is running window NT 4.0 and has one drive with 2 partitions. Apparently, she stores alot of files on the C: drive. Does anyone has any idea how to recover her files, or may be route the download website for software utility.
