I have not been able to successfully install Inksaver on Windows 7.
Near the end of installation the following message comes up: “RegDBGetKeyValueEx failed” followed by details of the key.
I have not been able to get through to the vendor/supplier as they do not publish any contact information.
They do acknowledge this error on their support pages where they claim the problem lies with the InstallShield version, but unfortunately the link they provide doesn’t work.
Any ideas?
