    Having email in two locations

    Locked

    by m307 ·

Does any one know how to configure microsoft outlook 2000 so that emails can go to a local (pst) location on the workstation and also keep a copy on the exchange server? I need this so when i take my laptop (workstation) out of the office , I can read emails (Offline)that i did not get a chance to read at the office. I’ve looked at microsoft article KB253490 & KB195718.

Or you could check LEAVE MESSAGES on SERVER and choose a time
frame there and that will leave them there until you delete them
      from one of your computers.

On the email client itself. You would configure it the same way on
both machines that are running the client you are checking your
        email with. Rob
