My laptop just crashed. Unfortunately, I don’t have a backup. But the hard disk isn’t broken. I built the hard disk into en external case and connected it (–> USB) to my desktop.
I can’t read the data because the hard disk is protected through a hard disk password. Does anybody know how to remove the password from a usb-connected hard disk? (By the way, I do happen to know the password…)
