Header info of messages is not prited in Outlook 2003.

The header info (the info in the From box, the To Box, and Subject box) time email sent are not being printed.
I have went to MS and tried everything suggested. I even tried having the user send herself a email and open and header still did not print. I’m at witts end!!!
Help!!!
