I have a Dell Inspiron mini laptop but the headphone jack stopped working. I can get sound out through the tiny speaker in the computer, but not through headphones. I have a feeling problem is with the female plug. How can I fix this without making it into a major job? This old computer runs on XP . Apprec any help.
